Born in London, Canada and began dancing under the tutelage of Jennifer Swan. Adrienne received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Ryerson University in Toronto where she performed with Typecast Dance Company and Rock Bottom Movement. Adrienne supplemented her training with summer courses at Jacob’s Pillow, Springboard Danse Montréal, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, amongst others. In 2013 Adrienne joined Hubbard Street 2 and in 2016 she joined Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. Adrienne worked with choreographer Robyn Mineko Williams on the creation and continued production of her ‘Undercover Episodes’ series, and has presented her own choreographic work with FLOCK as well as Hubbard Street’s Inside/Out Choreographic Workshop. She joined Batsheva – The Young Ensemble in 2020.

Born in 1998 in Israel. Alma graduated with a Concentration in Dance from the Thelma Yellin High-School of Arts and from the Maslool – Professional Dance Program, directed by Naomi Perlov and Ofir Dagan. She joined Batsheva Dance Company – The Young Ensemble in 2018, where she has performed works by Ohad Naharin and Sharon Eyal, as well as creating her own choreographic works as part of Batsheva Dancers Create Program. Additionally, Alma created a solo which was presented at SEAD – the Experimental Academy of Dance in Salzburg and numerous venues in Israel. Alma’s latest creation, ‘Sepia’, is a short dance film made in collaboration with the cinematographer Gabriel Schneider. Sepia was selected by dance film festivals in Berlin (GR), Brussels (BE), Modena (IT), Varna (BU), Graz (AU) and Lisbon (PO).

Born in 1996 in Tel Aviv. Avigail graduated from the dance department at the Ironi Alef High School in Tel Aviv. During her studies, she participated in a student exchange program with the De Kunsthumaniora school in Belgium. Shafrir also participated in the HJS summer course in Amsterdam (2013) and in the Batsheva Dance Company summer course (2014). In addition, she took part in the Batsheva Program for Outstanding Dance Students and in the “Workshop” directed by Ya’ara Mozes and Yarden Raz. In 2017, she graduated from the Kibbutz Gaaton Dance Workshop directed by Yaniv Avraham and Einav Levy. She then joined the Fresco Dance Company directed by Yoram Karmi as an apprentice. Shafrir joined Batsheva – The Young Ensemble in 2018 as an apprentice, and as a Dancer in 2019.

Ben Green was born in the US in 1996. He graduated from the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts and continued his studies with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in 2014. He previously danced in New Dialect based in Nashville, TN under the direction of Banning Bouldin. He joined Batsheva – the Young Ensemble in 2016 and Batsheva Dance Company in 2017 participating in creations with Ohad Naharin, Marlene Monteiro Freitas and Ella Rothschild. He continues to develop his own choreographic projects for stage and film including PLATEAU, his first full-evening work that premiered in 2019

Born in Mexico City. César is a multidisciplinary artist in the fields of performance, movement, photography and film. His work studies the limitless physical potential of the human body and its connection to the earth. The constant search for endless freedom, distance and the notion of the self, and implementing those into daily life, are an essential part of César’s research. César danced with differnt companies such as “Galim Dance” in New York. He joined Batsheva – The Young Ensemble in 2018. César presented photography work through different magazines in Europe and the United States such as King Kong Magazine, Risk Magazine, Out Magazine and Mode in Motion, exploring different perspectives of contemporary art, within the LGBTQ+ scene. His first short film ‘Are you holding me, or am I holding myself?’ Made in 2017, was presented and won several national and international awards in the United States, Canada, Scotland, and Europe. the film took part in the short film corner at the Cannes Film Festival. His first multidisciplinary solo show “PROXIMIDAD” was presented in 2019 at La Universidad de la Comunicación in México City.

Born in Japan in 1989. She studied at the Ikemoto Ballet School in Hiroshima, Japan and then completed a traineeship at Jo Kanamori’s company, Noism. She later joined Nederlands Dans Theatre ll from 2008-2011 and then the GöteborgsOperans Danskompani from 2011-2014. Joined Batsheva – the Young Ensemble in 2015 and Batsheva Dance Company in 2018.

Born in 2001 in Paros, Greece and moved to Israel in 2008. She graduated from the dance department of Thelma Yellin High-School of the Arts. In the summers of 2016 and 2017 she participated in the Batsheva Dance Company summer course, and took part in the Batsheva program for outstanding dance students between 2017-2018. She is serving in the IDF as an outstanding dancer. Danai Joined Batsheva – The Young ensemble as an apprentice in 2019, and as a Dancer in 2020.

Born in 1998 in Carmiel. Dor graduated from the dance program at the Yigal Alon High School and Kiryat Tivon dance school. Dor furthered his artistic development at the Maslool Professional Dance Program directed by Naomi Perlov and Ofir Dagan. He served in the IDF as an “Outstanding Dancer”. As part of his studies in the Maslool, he was chosen to perform at the “Context – Diana Vishneva” Festival in Moscow and St. Petersburg. In 2018 he created a solo work as part of “BriA”- Machol Shalem Center, run by Irad Avni, and was invited to compete in the Opus1 choreography competition in Slovenia. Dor completed the “Dcostruction – Level 1” course for dance instruction directed by Naomi Perlov, and in 2019-2020 performed in Inbal Dance Theater where he worked with the choreographers Idan Sharabi, Mor Shani and Lior Tavori. In 2020 Dor joined Batsheva – The Young Ensemble as an apprentice.

Born in Israel in 2001. Emil graduated from the dance department at the Ironi Alef Arts High School in Tel Aviv. He participated in the Batsheva Dance Company’s Program for Outstanding Dance Students in 2018 and was awarded second and third place in the international AmsterDans competition in 2019. During the 2019-2020 season, Emil danced in the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company’s Second Company, and in 2020 joined Batsheva- The Young Ensemble as an apprentice.

Born in Japan in 1984. In 2002 she graduated from The Australian Ballet School in Melbourne. From 2003-2007 she danced with the Victor Ullate Ballet Company in Madrid and later between 2007 and 2008, with Les Grands Ballet Canadiens de Montreal in Canada under the artistic direction of Gradimir Pankov. Eri danced with Batsheva Dance Company between 2011-2015 and rejoined in 2016. In 2015 Eri designed the costumes for “Last Work” by Ohad Naharin and “And Still” by Danielle Agami. She later designed the costumes for “Yag/Adam” (2016), “Venezuela” (2017) and “2019”.

Born in 1994 in Rome, Italy. Federico studied at the National Academy of Dance in Rome, and later graduated from the Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden. Longo danced at Saarländisches Staatstheater Saarbrücken under the direction of Stijn Celis. Joined Batsheva – the Young Ensemble in 2018

Born in Tel Aviv in 2001. He is a graduate of “The School of Arts” and the dance department of Alef High School of the Arts in Tel Aviv. He danced in “Bikurey Ha’itim” dance school (2015-2018). Participated in Batsheva summer courses between the years 2015-2019. Guy won the ‘Amsterdans’ competition in Amsterdam, in the contemporary solos category for pre-professionals. In addition he won 1st place in the solos category, and 2nd place in the choreography category, in The Department of Education’s Annual Dance Competition for Excellent Students (2019). Guy is serving as an outstanding dancer in the IDF. Joined Batsheva – The Young Ensemble as an apprentice in 2019, and as a Dancer in 2020.

Born in Haifa in 1993. Matan studied at the Dance Department of the Wizo High School for the Arts. He graduated from the training program of Bikurey Ha’Itim under the direction of Naomi Perlov and Ofir Dagan. Matan served in the IDF as a Privileged Outstanding Dancer. Joined Batsheva – the young Ensemble in 2013 and Batsheva Dance Company in 2016.

Born in 2000 in Israel. After graduating Thelma Yellin High-School of the Arts with a concentration in dance, Maya served in the IDF as an “Outstanding Dancer”. During 2016-2019, she took part in the Batsheva Program for Outstanding Dance Students and in Batsheva’s summer courses. Between 2018-2020 she participated in “Hasadna” program directed by Ya’ara Mozes and Yarden Raz. In 2019-2020, Maya worked with choreographer Shlomi Bitton, and recently joined Batsheva-The Young Ensemble as an apprentice.

Born in 1998 in the south of England. In 2008 Nathan furthered his training in the Royal Ballet Associate Programme and later went on to attain a BA (Hons) Degree from Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London. In 2019 Nathan joined Rambert2 where he was involved in the creation, and performing, of work by Andrea Miller, Jermaine Spivey and Benoit Swan Pouffer. He joined Batsheva – The Young Ensemble in 2020.

Born in Ramon, Israel, in 1994. Between the years 2012-2014 Ofir attended the Maslool Professional Dance Program at Bikurey Haitim Center, Tel Aviv, directed by Naomi Perlov and Offir Dagan. Ofir served in the IDF as a privileged outstanding dancer. Between the years 2015-2019 she danced with the Inbal Pinto and Avshalom Pollak Dance Company. Ofir worked with Choreographers such as Noa Shadur, Rachel Erdos, Dafi Altabeb and Geva Zaibert. Joined Batsheva – The Young Ensemble as in 2019.

Born in 1998 in Haifa, Israel. Ohad graduated from Reut High School for the Arts in Haifa and studied in the Dance Center run by Michal Hasson Bardas. In 2013 he participated in the KCDC’s Students Excellence Program. He also participated in summer courses at the Juilliard School and at the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance in 2014. In 2013 and in 2015, Ohad was granted the America-Israel Cultural Foundation Scholarship for dance studies. He joined Batsheva – the Young Ensemble in 2016 and The Company in 2019. In the company He took part in original creations by Ohad Naharin and Sharon Eyal. Producing the “Batsheva Dancers Create” Workshops 2021.

Born in Toledo, Ohio. Sean graduated as Valedictorian from Toledo School for the Arts in 2013. That same year, he was named a Winner in Modern Dance by the National YoungArts Foundation and became a U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts. Sean graduated from The Juilliard School in 2017, being honored with the Hector Zaraspe prize for Choreography and receiving the Juilliard Career Advancement Fellowship Grant. In 2017, he joined Gallim Dance Company and MADBOOTS Dance in NYC. Sean joined Batsheva – The Young Ensemble in 2018 and Batsheva Dance Company in 2020.

Born in 1998 in Israel. Tom graduated from the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance. He danced in “Hora Jerusalem”, and participated in the Batsheva Dance Company excellence program for students for two years (2014-2015). He participated in the HJS summer course in Amsterdam, and studied a year in the Maslool – Professional Dance Program at Bikurey Ha’Itim directed by Naomi Perlov and Ofir Dagan, Tel Aviv. Serves in the IDF as a privileged outstanding dancer. Joined Batsheva – the Young Ensemble in 2017 as an apprentice and as a Dancer in 2018.

Born in 1995 in Tel-Aviv. Yael studied at the Tel-Aviv School of the Arts and graduated from Alon High School’s dance department. She participated in the Excellence Programs of both Batsheva Dance Company and the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. During the summer of 2010 she participated in the “Dance is Culture” (Israel/Italy) project directed by Adi Salant and Mauro Astolfi. Yael joined Batsheva – the young Ensemble in 2013 and Batsheva Dance Company in 2016.

Born in 1995 and is a graduate of the dance department at the Ironi Alef High School in Tel Aviv. During his studies, Yoni participated in a student exchange program with the de Kunsthumaniora school in Belgium. He participated in the Batsheva Excellence Program between 2011-2014 as well as in the KCDC Excellence Program in 2011. He was a recipient of a full scholarship to the American Academy of Ballet Summer Course in 2013. Yoni served in the IDF as a privileged outstanding dancer. Yoni joined Batsheva – The Young Ensemble as an apprentice in 2014 and as a dancer in 2015. He joined Batsheva Dance Company in 2016.
